"Do walnut pastries always have to be eaten warm?"

I always thought walnut pastries should be eaten freshly baked and warm.
However, on the other hand, they are often too hot to eat right away,

and over time, the taste and texture change, which was disappointing.

So we thought about a way to enjoy walnut pastriesa little differently, and explored new possibilities.

That is howthe cold ‘Treats Ice Walnut Pastry’ was born.

We introduced it to customers at our store in front of Seokchon Lake,
and received feedback like, “It’s unique to eat walnut pastries cold,”
and “It’s easy to eat in one bite without any burden.”
We realized that even more people than we expected were enjoying walnut pastries in this new way.

The flavors didn’t stop at just one.

From the original with low-sugar red bean to premium butter and high-quality American cream cheese.
We prepared them so that children can enjoy them as a special snack, and adults can enjoy them as a dessert with wine.
