What is the exchange/refund policy for the funding amount?
Until Reward shipping information is registered Supporters can individually cancel from the payment history in My Wadiz. Exchanges and refunds for initial defects or simple change of mind within 30 days after receiving the Reward are possible. Also, if you cancel or request a refund for the funding amount due to a change of mind after the pre-order ends, round-trip shipping costs may apply.
What are the A/S regulations?
1. The A/S period is 3 months after receipt, and regardless of the period, A/S due to supporter negligence will be charged.
2. Please make sure to submit A/S requests to hidenjh2525@nate.com.
3. The A/S service is conducted via courier, and a round-trip shipping fee of 6,000 KRW must be deposited into the designated account before processing.
