Warranty Period: 1 year from the date of Reward receipt

For A/S requests, please contact the Shinzu customer service representative.

Precautions when submitting for A/S:

• If the product is heavily soiled, please wash and completely dry it before sending.

Free A/S Information:

If there is a defect in the product's performance or function that occurs during normal use within the warranty period, we will repair it free of charge.

The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase.

Paid A/S Information:

If the product is damaged due to customer negligence or lack of care, we will repair it at a reasonable cost.

The repair cost will be provided after the person in charge receives and inspects the product.

-For 14 days after receiving the Reward, the Wadiz refund policy takes precedence.

A/S Policy: If there is a defect or fault upon receiving the Reward, free A/S is available. (Round-trip courier fee covered by the maker)

• If a defect occurs after use due to the supporter's intentional or negligent actions, paid A/S will be provided if repair is possible after inspection (if round-trip courier fee occurs, it is the supporter's responsibility). If repair is not possible, A/S cannot be provided even within the warranty period.

If it is not a Reward defect

*If the product box is damaged during delivery

*There may be a 1–2CM difference in actual size depending on the measurement method.

*There may be slight differences between the actual color and the screen due to monitor characteristics and shooting conditions (weather, sunlight, etc.).

*If the product is lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to the consumer

*If the value of the product has significantly decreased due to use or partial consumption by the consumer.

*If the value of the product has significantly decreased over time, making resale difficult.

*Scratches and sewing threads that may occur during the manufacturing process due to the nature of industrial products.

*Before use, please check for any defects indoors. If a refund is needed, please use Logen Courier.

*If the product is not defective, a round-trip shipping fee (5,000 KRW) may be charged.

*When using a dryer, using a high-temperature mode above 60°C may cause changes to the product. We recommend using only up to medium temperature.

*For colored products, please wash them with laundry of similar colors.
