Yuhan Meditech took its first step in June 2022 with a clear goal of "improving the quality of human life." The chronic illness we focused on among modern people was 'sleep disorders.' We believed that the start of a healthy life ultimately comes from "quality sleep," which takes up one-third of each day.
Snoring and sleep breathing disorders are not simply a matter of 'loud noise.' They are dangerous signals that cause chronic fatigue by depriving the brain and body of oxygen throughout the night, and a realistic pain for families, disturbing the sleep of loved ones and making them consider 'sleeping in separate rooms.' However, many people endured the discomfort and spent sleepless nights without finding a proper solution.
"Let's create a product that anyone can use with confidence, backed by solid medical evidence." Yuhan Meditech Co., Ltd. devoted itself to uncompromising research and development based on clinical evidence and technology. After years of design revisions, securing original patents, and strict adherence to medical device manufacturing and quality management standards (GMP), we finally obtained official Class 2 medical device approval from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety in December 2024. After pre-user testing and accessory improvements, we introduced Zarium for the first time on Wadiz in September 2026.
Our company logo is designed with the motif of a 'stethoscope,' a symbol of medical professionals. Like a stethoscope that closely and precisely diagnoses a patient's health, it represents Yuhan Meditech's essential mission and reliability to listen to the breath of customers suffering silently from sleep disorders throughout the night.
In May 2026, after a successful transition to a corporation, we further strengthened our research and development capabilities and quality management system (QMS). Thinking only of your healthy tomorrow, we promise to fulfill our social responsibility as a specialized medical device company and to manufacture honestly.
Why Wadiz?
If our goal was simply to sell a product, we would have just listed it on a shopping mall.
However, Zarium is a Class 2 medical device approved by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety.
Unlike mass-produced goods that only imitate the appearance, it has a definite medical mechanism, so we did not want it to be treated as a 'simple consumer good' buried in price comparison sites.
We believed that only Wadiz supporters would deeply appreciate the value and principles of this product.
The reason we chose Wadiz is clear.
First, direct pricing with no margin: This was possible because we have our own production infrastructure. By eliminating all middle distribution costs, we offer an 'early bird special price' exclusively for Wadiz supporters.
Second, truly necessary feedback: Recently, we added a 'silicone stopper' to increase stability and developed three customized sizes. By reflecting the vivid voices of our supporters, we aim to enhance the completeness of the 'AI-based sleep care platform' that Yuhan Meditech is targeting in the future.
