We are Crazy Outdoor, the developers of the Clem camping mess kit and all-in-one drip set package.
"Are you crazy?"
That was my wife's first reaction when she heard about the commercialization.
That's why we named the company this way.
Auto camping, backpacking, car camping, glamping... I enjoy camping in every genre.
I am also a camping enthusiast with 20 years of experience. The mess kit set was developed for my own use.
It all started with the suggestion that it would be great to commercialize it so that anyone could use it.
It began with just one opinion.
As someone who is more passionate about camping gear than anyone else, I will strive to introduce truly convenient yet
high-quality products to all our supporters.

Why launch on Wadiz first?
Windbox has completed mold development after a long period of design and testing.
Now, mass production is just ahead, and your support is the biggest driving force to start the first production.
This Funding is not about selling already-made products,
but a project to start the first mass production together with our supporters.
Your Funding amount will be used for Windbox's initial production, quality inspection, packaging, and more.
It will be used as funds for stable mass production.
The greatest value of Crowdfunding is the process of bringing good ideas and products
to the actual market together.
Windbox also aims to start its first production together with you, in line with this purpose.
However, since production begins after the Funding ends,
it will not be shipped immediately like regular online shopping.
After sequentially completing mold mass production, manufacturing, inspection, and packaging,
shipping will take place, so it may take some time.
We will reward your patience with even higher quality.

[Cases Where Exchange or Refund Is Difficult]
Defects caused by using for purposes other than the intended use.
There may be a difference of up to 5mm between the labeled size and the actual size of the product.
During the production process, there may be scratches, stains, or slight bends on the surface.
If there are no functional defects, returns or exchanges are not available.
Damage or breakage of the Reward due to user negligence cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Due to the nature of kitchenware, refunds are not available once the product has been used or washed.
Reward A/S Policy
Warranty period: 6 months from the date of Reward receipt.
Policy: In the case of product defects occurring during normal use, a 1:1 exchange will be provided.
For 14 days after receiving the Reward, Wadiz's 'Funding Refund' policy takes precedence for initial defects.
A/S not available: Even within the warranty period, if the product cannot be repaired or restored due to intentional or negligent actions by the user.
How to apply: Processing will be done after accurate verification of the defect through the designated contact point.
