Free Marketing Tips for wadiz Funding! How to Use "News" Based on Data
Updated: September 7, 2026
When advertising/marketing budgets are low
Why You Should Take advantage of the News
"Will supporters come in after seeing the news?"
If you look at the Maker Center and Maker Studio guide, it's good to post news often, but it's hard to realize the power of news without experiencing the effect of whether the supporter who received the news notification returns to the project or even pays when he returns. However, even if we look at the actual data, the new news is a powerful factor that makes supporters who show interest in my project and then forget it completely come back into the project and make payments.
Powerful funding free marketing tool that brings 45 out of 100 people back, 4 of them even make funding payments, check out the effectiveness of the news and see what to do first!
You'll find out when you read this
- How much news notification sends supporters back to the project
- What indicators should be used to view the new news scheduled to open and the new news of Bon Funding, respectively
- What time did the supporters get paid
- Order to see the same flow in My Project

Will supporters come back just because they posted a new news?
I've been looking at the data to see the supporters who have come back to the project with the news in the last 30 days. When I saw the news notification, 45% of the supporters came back to the project and 4% of them participated in actual funding. This means that 45 out of 100 people will visit the project again to see the news, and four of them will even participate in actual funding.
If you want to increase the conversion rate further, make the section from the new news page to the project page more attractive. If you've added an attractive reward configuration, have a limited number of rewards/periods, or if it's news that will make your supporters decide they should participate now, such as hosting an event, the conversion rate will be higher.

This is the average data, and the actual inflow rate can be higher because it includes the number of people who haven't been pushed by the app. If it's news that supporters who will be interested in my project have designed triggers that would immediately want to participate in funding, you can expect a higher conversion rate. As such, new news is a powerful weapon to increase notification applications and funding performance for free.
The key is to communicate consistently from the time it's scheduled to open
Looking at the data, more than 13% of the makers who have been looking at the news since the opening date and have seen the news of the main funding from the beginning of the opening date. As such, it is important to steadily upload new news from the scheduled opening stage and bond with supporters.

2-4 p.m. was the highest at 5.1%, and 5-8 p.m. was the lowest at 2.6%. The number of sessions was similar, but the conversion rate was twice as significant.
From 9 p.m. to 11 p.m., the reach rate and payment completion rate are high, but the absolute number of reach is significantly lower because it is a time zone* where push notifications do not go. Please remember that at this time, only e-mails are sent, and app push is sent sequentially after 8 a.m. the next day, so the project inflow rate may be lowered.
*Because of the push policy, if you post new news between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m., the app push will not be sent right away
New news effects of my project, how do you compare it?
- Post one new news and compare the number of project visits at 24 hours and 72 hours. If you look at the difference from the day you didn't post the news, you can see the effect of notification roughly.
- Compare the response of the new news sent out by dividing the target with the new news sent in the whole. See if the number of comments and subsequent payment flows are different.
- In the scheduled opening stage, upload the new news and look at the change in the notification application trend.
frequently asked questions
Q. Is it possible to reduce 56% of the time when you only read the news?
A. In the body of the new news, put a reason to return to the project page. Like the remaining quantity, the changed reward composition, and the benefits of participating now. However, there is no verified data on how much the reach rate rises when this is changed, so I recommend you try it a few times and compare it yourself.
Q. Our project's new news performance is lower than 44%, so would it be a problem?
A. 44.3% is the overall average, so there is a limit to using it as a comparison standard. It varies greatly depending on the size, category, and news content of the project. It's more accurate to compare by news within my project. If you look at the number of visits increased after what news, you can decide what to write next.
