A Comprehensive Guide to Writing wadiz Funding Stories | From Page Layout to AI Review
Updated: September 16, 2026
Funding Detailed Page Composition, Image, and AI Review
Guide summary
In Wadiz, the story is similar to the product detail page of a regular shopping mall, but the role is a little different. You should not just explain the features and price of the product, but you should also persuade who made it, why you can trust an unfinished product, and why you should participate in the funding now. A good funding story answers four questions that supporters come up with before paying in order.
What is this? → Why is it good for me? → Can I trust you? → Why do I have to participate now?

2. What should I decide before writing a story?
Rather than writing sentences or placing product photos right away, set the target's situation and core message first.
Be specific to your target's situation rather than your age and gender
Like "women in their 20s," if you choose a target based on demographics alone, it is not clear why you should use the product. Think of specific situations in which the product is needed.
- Hiking boots for women in their 20s → Hiking boots for those who have trouble with cold feet during early winter hiking
- A neck pillow for office workers → A neck pillow for those who have difficulty carrying a bulky neck pillow due to frequent business trips
Write a key message that supporters will remember in one sentence
Organize what inconvenience the product solves in one sentence. This sentence is the first head copy of the detailed page, and the content after that can be constructed in order to prove that this sentence is true.
- We made a neck pillow with reduced weight and volume for business travelers who need a neck pillow.
3. In what order should the funding detail page be organized?
When I looked at more than 10,000 projects in Wadiz that ended from January 2025 to August 2026, I persuaded supporters by making a story according to the four-step writing method on the detailed page. The detailed guide can be found right away in the funding story four-step design method.
Step 1. Eye catching: Show me what this is
The purpose of the first screen is not to explain all the advantages, but to make a reason for the supporter to keep reading. Organize around the following three.
- An image or GIF showing the identity and usage of the product
- One of the most important key messages
- One specific number that supports the message
tip. Select the type of introduction that fits my project
If you highlight all the performance, development stories, features, and benefits on the first screen, none of them can be memorable. Please focus on one of the most powerful elements. Check out the Introduction Type of Success Project for a detailed guide right away!

|
strength maximization type |
If the feature is understood only by the scene you use | Use scene GIF, back-and-forth comparison, short copy |
Step 2. Advantage Description: Compress the core function into two
If you explain all of them with the same weight that they have many advantages, the core of the product becomes blurred. Based on your answers to the following two questions, choose the two most important advantages.
- What is the biggest reason to choose this product?
- What is the most obvious difference compared to existing products?
Rather than just using expressions like "Okay," "It's convenient," and "It's innovative," show us information that supporters can compare and judge themselves. It is good to place materials that allow supporters to see the difference together, such as comparison tables, test results, graphs, and actual use scenes.

| Tech and home appliances | Operating time, weight, noise, power consumption, safety certification |

| Beauty | Component content, test results, measurements before and after use |
| Home Living | Size, Capacity, Material, Ease of Use |
| Sports and outdoor | Weight, durability, waterproof and windproof, usage environment |
Step 3. Building Trust: Show us a reliable basis
After understanding the benefits of the product, the supporter said, "Can I trust this explanation?I think of it. There are three main reasons for trust.
- First, it's proof of the product. Certificates and test reports, patent and trademark data, comparative tests, measurement results before and after use, repeated durability tests, and actual operation processes are included here. Please don't just show the results, but also tell me who, under what conditions, and what you measured.
- Second, it's someone else's experience. You can write beta test reviews, experience group reviews, expert opinions, real-user interviews, and photos of use by body type and environment. When quoting a review, the meaning of the information becomes clearer only when it is revealed who has used it under what conditions for how long.
- Third, it's the maker and the production process. If it is the first funding without reviews and performance, the creator and the production process itself are important grounds for trust.
It's not like you can't create trust just because it's your first project. If there is no certification or review in the detailed page writing method that creates trust without reviews, look at the maker's experience, production process, self-testing and FAQs to resolve the anxiety of supporters first.
Step 4. Reason for Payment: Please let me know why I need to participate now
At the end of the detail page, clearly organize the information that supporters need to check before payment.
- Components and quantity by reward
- Options and Color Differences
- Price and Discounts
- Limited quantity or benefit period
- Estimated Delivery Schedule
- Terms and Conditions for Exchange and Refund
- frequently asked questions
At this time, it is better to show the benefits in numbers than abstract expressions, such as 36% benefits compared to the regular price, 20,000 won less than individual configurations when selecting sets, about 1,000 won per day, and 72 hours of additional components after opening.
4. How should I organize the photos and GIFs?
Photos are not decorations for detailed pages, but materials that make supporters see the message set earlier. Therefore, rather than placing the pictures you have, it is better to decide what to explain first and then choose the image you need.

When do I use photos and GIFs separately?
- Photograph: Information you need to stop and look closely at, such as materials, colors, finishes, sizes, and components
- GIF: Information that is understood only when it moves, such as folding, heat, turning, separating, absorbing, and temperature changes
If you need to explain more than three sentences in writing, review how to show it in GIF. On the other hand, you don't have to force enough information into a moving image with just one photo. Learn more about how to configure images and GIFs!
5. How do I write a story that can be read by search and AI?
If you put all the important explanations in the whole image, it may be difficult for search engines or AI to understand the product information accurately. Please write the core information once more in real text in the story editor as well as the image.
Subtitles are written in question form, and providing answers in the first sentence immediately below makes it easier for search users and AI to understand the content. For example, you can write the following rather than 'product material'.
What material is this bag made of?
The outer material is made of ○○ material that is waterproof for life, and the lining is made of △△ material.

How to write
|
| Product Name and Definitions | Explain what you're doing instead of just using the brand name |
| Subject to recommendation | Create specific situations that require products rather than age and gender |
| Key Specifications | Accurately display size, weight, capacity, materials and units |
| Certification and test results | Prepare certification numbers, testing agencies, testing conditions and results |
| Rewards Configuration | Display items included by configuration, quantity, and price |
| Delivery schedule | Estimated Shipment Time and Variability Guidance |
| Maker Introduction | Explain related experiences and why you created the product |
6. How does WAi use it to write a story?
When using WAi, rather than just asking "write a story", please convey the information you have and the purpose of the inspection together.
When inspecting the entire structure
| Below is a draft funding story I wrote. Check if it's organized in the order of 'Eye catching → Explaining the merits → Creating trust → Reason for payment', and let me know the missing information from each step. Product: [Product Information] Key Target: [Requires Product] Key strengths: [Benefits 1, 2] Story draft: [Content] |
When you find a basis for trust without a review
| It's the first funding I haven't had a review and sales track record yet. Please use the production experience and test materials below to classify the reason that supporters can trust and suggest the order to place on the detailed page. How it was made: [Content] Development Process: [Content] Test, certification, and test held: [Content] |
When making FAQs
| Please anticipate questions that may cause supporters who are new to this product to hesitate to pay. Please categorize the questions in order of product specification, usage, compatibility, precautions, and delivery and write so that the first sentence of the answer comes to a conclusion. Product Information: [Content] The part you often misunderstand: [Content] |
WAi's answer should be used as a draft and inspection data, and the maker should double-check the actual information of the product and the certification and test results.
7. How does Wadiz Story AI screening go?
Story AI screening can be conducted in the following three situations. Pre-open AI screening is optional, but we recommend using it before submission to reduce the likelihood of receiving modification requests after opening. Check out the Wadiz Story AI Review Guide for more information on how to use each situation.

|
the way of proceeding
|
Number of times and deadline
|
| AI screening before opening | Maker requests it himself | Up to 5 times |
| Modify directly after opening | Review and reflect AI after modification | Up to 10 times |
| Continuous monitoring after opening | Check if Wadiz violates the policy | Two business days upon request for correction |
Expressions frequently identified in AI screening
- an expression that determines effectiveness without grounds
- specific figures used without data
- "First", "Unique", and "Best" expressions that are hard to prove
- Unverified certification/patent
- an expression that misrepresents another brand
- Display by category Content that does not meet advertising standards
In particular, to use specific numbers such as '99% blocking', we need evidence such as test report and test result. If you don't have any data to prove, please subtract a definite number or express it within the scope of confirmed facts.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Is the longer the funding story, the better?
A. It doesn't have to be long. It is important that product name, core strength, specification, trust basis, reward composition, and delivery information are not omitted. Please start the introduction concisely and let me know the information you need for judgment in detail as you go back.
Q. How can a first project without reviews create trust?
A. You can take advantage of the maker's related experience, manufacturing process, changes in prototypes, self-testing, certification, beta tester, and expected FAQs. Even if you don't have a sales track record, you can create trust by showing them in detail what kind of verification and improvement they have gone through.
Q. What should I prepare, photos or videos?
A. The video is not necessarily necessary. Please show the material and composition in a photo, and show the operation method and change before and after use in a short GIF. If you have already filmed a video, it's also good to make GIFs and place only the scenes you need.
Q. Is it possible to modify the story even after it is opened?
A. Some items can be modified after AI review, but there is a limit to the number of times and the scope of reflection. It does not reflect simple typos or design modifications for readability, so check thoroughly before opening. It is appropriate to guide the event and progress news to new news rather than modifying the story.
Q. Can I write the story for the opening in the same way?
A. The purpose is different. If this funding story helps with payment, the story scheduled to be opened serves as a notification application. Even for the same product, expectations and notification application benefits are prioritized in the scheduled opening, and in this funding, provide sufficient information on trust and reward selection.
