“From Idea to Market in a Single Day”… wadiz Supports Rapid Launches with End-to-End AI Monitoring
- Wait time from project submission to launch reduced to one-fifth… AI accelerates makers’ entry into the market
- In-house AI monitoring system with 90% accuracy… Continuously strengthening the funding trust framework
- Anyone Can Start Funding the Same Day… AI Enables Easy and Quick Launches

Wadiz (CEO Shin Hye-sung, www.wadiz.kr) announced that, just five months after switching from a pre-approval system to a full-process AI monitoring system, the wait time for makers to launch their funding projects has been reduced from approximately four days to within one day. This has also significantly expanded opportunities for makers to showcase their ideas more quickly and gauge market potential through supporter feedback.
On April 13, wadiz shifted its operational system from a process where projects were launched only after awaiting review results to one where projects can begin immediately without a separate approval wait, with AI continuously monitoring the entire funding process. As a result, the wait time before launch has been reduced, and if any red flags are detected, operators review the case and take appropriate measures, such as requesting revisions or hiding the project from view.
This change in the operational structure has led to faster project launches. A comparison of data from the six months prior to the transition and the five months following the stabilization of the new system showed that the median time from project submission to final system approval was 0 hours, meaning projects were processed immediately upon submission. Including the time it takes for the maker to set the launching soon date and conduct a final review of the project page, the median time from submission to the “Launching Soon” announcement was reduced by approximately 80%, from 97.7 hours to 20.5 hours.
The overall project preparation period has also been shortened. The time from the day a maker began writing the project story to the “Launching Soon” announcement was reduced by 5.2 days, from a median of 12.8 days to 7.6 days. As the process of waiting for preliminary reviews and revision confirmations has been streamlined, waiting times during the preparation phase have also decreased, enabling makers to manage their project schedules more efficiently.
While enhancing convenience for makers, wadiz is also continuing to make technological improvements to foster a highly trustworthy funding environment. wadiz’s in-house AI monitoring system, through a recent update, has reduced false positives in key areas such as intellectual property rights and achieved an accuracy rate of approximately 90% based on internal metrics. wadiz plans to continuously improve its judgment accuracy and ability to respond to risk signals based on actual operational data.
A wadiz representative stated, “Wadiz’s goal is to expand opportunities for anyone to present their ideas to the world and test their potential in the market,” adding, “We will steadily enhance our AI-based trust system to support makers in getting started quickly while ensuring supporters can participate with confidence.”
