We’ve collected this many notification sign-ups—will it work? | Guide to Analyzing Expected Results as It Nears Launching Soon

Performance criteria to be opened
"There were 600 notification applications. Is it a lot, or is it still not enough?"
It's hard to judge just by the numbers. 600 people may be enough for some projects, but it may be a number that needs to be collected more for projects that aim for more than 10 million won. Also, it is not possible to accurately predict the final funding amount just by applying for notification. However, if you look at the main funding performance of the projects that collected a similar number of notification applications, you can roughly see if my project is doing well now.
You'll find out when you read this
- Where is the number of notification applications in the benchmarks for each section
- How many people do you need to apply for notification to get more than 10 million won
We're going to get together at this pace
When looking at the project's scheduled opening data that ended from January 2025 to August 2026, the notification application by the scheduled opening period gathered as follows.
| Scheduled opening period section | Percentage of occurrence | Accumulated |
|---|---|---|
| the first 24 hours | 12% | 12% |
| The first 25% interval (including the first 24 hours) | 36% | 36% |
| 25 to 50% range | 23% | 58% |
| 50 to 75% range | 22% | 80% |
| The last 25% section | 20% | 100% |
The scheduled opening brings together 25% of the total period after the start, or more than 30% of the total in the first section. After that, the pace is gradually flowing, so you don't have to feel too anxious just because you're slow to gather in the middle!
However, if the number of notification applications has not gathered enough to achieve the desired goal at the initial pace, it is necessary to take action to promote my project more enthusiastically through advertisements, news, and social media promotion and to induce the conversion of notification applications.

Projects that collect more than 1,000 notification applications have a 50% higher chance of achieving more than 10 million won in funding compared to projects that do not. This means that the project, which collected a lot of notification applications, had a stronger power to convert payments.

Usually, the amount of funding collected on the first three days after the opening of the main funding accounts for about 53% of the total amount of funding, and 60% of the amount collected on the first three days is paid by the applicants for notification of the opening. The larger the notification application parameters, the larger the parameters that lead to payment after opening, so you can create a chain funding effect like this by arousing the psychology that 'I should participate, too.'
To exceed 10 million won in funding, 1,000 people will have a branch point

If you want to raise more than 10 million won in funding, 1,000 notification applications are the junction. The proportion of projects achieved over 10 million won is almost 50%p different from the 500-999 section.
Rather than achieving more than 10 million won, it is also good to aim for 500 to 999 notification applications if the goal is to achieve the target amount, that is, the success of funding itself. All projects with fewer than 500 notification applications have a success rate of 87%, while projects with 500 to 999 people have a success rate of 97%, and there is no significant difference from projects with more. In summary, aim for 500 people if the goal is to achieve the target amount, and 1,000 people if the goal is more than 10 million won!
Watch the daily opening trend
If you look at the cumulative number of notification applications, you can see which section our project is in. But it's hard to know why it increased and why it stopped. In that case, the daily trend is what you should see.
Please mark the date of application of the new advertisement material, the date of posting the new news, and the date of execution of the display advertisement on the trend. If you connect changes in numbers with what you did that day, it's easier to decide what to do next.
- If the number of notification applications increased the day after changing the material, try adding more budget to the material.
- If the number popped only on the day the display ad was turned on and dropped again the next day, the ground exposure was made, but the continuous influx should be supplemented by targeted ads.
- If the response was great on the day you posted the new news, move the topic to a phrase based on the advertisement.
If you're wondering if my project's notification applications are gathering well, you can ask WAi!
Please compare the number of notification applications in my project (project number) with the category average and analyze whether the notification applications are gathering well.
What if the notification application is stagnant?
Rather than increasing the advertising budget right away, it's better to see where the flow is blocked first. Check the story, reward composition, and material in general and run the next action.
| My Project Phenomenon | a cause to suspect | the first thing to do |
| There's an influx, but the number of notification requests isn't increasing | Product attractiveness or motivation for application is not sufficiently visible | Please revise the introduction and clearly show the exclusive benefits in quantity and price |
| The inflow itself is small | Not enough people know the project | Increase exposure by using targeted advertisements and packages scheduled to be opened |
| I have a lot of ad clicks but I don't have many notification requests | Ad material and actual story are out of sync | Make sure you can see the contents of the advertisement right at the beginning |
| I improved well in the beginning, but I stopped in the middle | May be normal midflow | Reveal the new reward composition with new news |
If visitors come in but don't apply, it's better to revise the introduction, reward description, and benefits first rather than bringing in more people and then see if visitors apply for notification.
If you're running an ad and the CTR (conversion rate from the ad to my page) performance is good, but you don't apply for a notification, see if the content of the ad matches the content of the ad and the detail page. For example, if the advertisement emphasizes 'ultra-light weight' and you can't find the information about it right at the beginning, the visitor can leave immediately because he or she doesn't have the information he or she expected.
The number of notification requests came out well in the beginning, but if it became quiet from the middle, it could be a natural direction. At this time, it's also good to ventilate the atmosphere with new news. Share the rewards composition or benefits you haven't shown yet, and the new event you've prepared.
When checking, focus on the bottom 5 points!
① Story First Screen: See if the strength of this project is revealed in a strong line that appeals to Target, and if notification application benefits are seen in the introduction. There is an influx, but if there are few applications, it is the first place to look.
② Reminder application benefits: If you write vaguely like 'special benefits are scheduled', it is difficult to go to the notification application. You have to show the reward discount price and the limited quantity in accurate numbers so that you can press the notification request right away.
③ News: Check if it's going up once or twice a week and when you issued the last news. Steady news uploads are an important device to trust new brands/makers who are still under-recognized.
④ Advertising Materials: Check if you tested 3 to 5 different materials. If your ad click-through rate is 3.5% or less, it's a good idea to modify the material or raise your budget for the top two categories that perform well.
⑤ Advertising page: If you're only running targeted ads, try using a display, push ads that can inform Wadiz supporters of my project.
⑥ Introduction Image: See if you can see the actual product and the scene you are using at a glance. You should be able to understand what kind of product it is when you look at the image and the phrase together.
Look again at the 50% point where it's scheduled to open
Depending on the number and trend of notification applications, there are things that the maker needs to look at again. The target amount and reward amount can only be changed before the scheduled opening is over. Therefore, when it is half of the scheduled opening schedule, it is necessary to check the progress and modify the next plan.
- What if there are more notification requests than expected? We need to double check the production quantity and inventory of rewards.
- What if it's less than expected? Re-set your goals realistically on the first day of the opening, and be ready for powerful early benefits.
If you have more than 7 days left to open, test it like this
If you have more than a week left before the scheduled opening period, you can diagnose the cause, test the new material, and compare the results. Check out the remaining 7 days by dividing them into the following!
- Day 1-2: Check the current progress in the above article, determine the symptoms, and prepare a new advertising material.
- Day 3-4: Test new advertising materials and hold a notification application benefit event with new news.
- Day 5-6: Share my project on SNS and community, and attractively introduce the strength or composition of detailed rewards with new news.
- Day 7: Compare the advertisement click-through rate and the increase/decrease of notification applications by subject matter. Focus on materials with good performance and raise expectations with new D-1 news.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Please calculate the estimated number of subscribers based on 380 notification applications
A. The method of multiplying the simple conversion rate is not confirmed by the data. Instead, refer to 20 central supporters in the 300-499 section and 4,741 won per notification application. If it's 380 people, it's about 1.8 million won, which is the median of a similar size project.
Q. What indicators should I look at to determine demand during the scheduled opening period?
A. Check the location of the section with the cumulative number of notification applications, and see the effect of the day's operation by increasing and decreasing daily. If you look at the two indicators together, you can determine 'what is the scale' and 'what is through'.
Q. There are 59 people applying for notification right now, so can we increase it to 200?
If the remaining period is before the 50% seismic intensity point, there is still a section where more than 40% of all notification applications will come in. At this time, increase the inflow to advertisements, and at the same time, change the benefits exclusively for notification applications into a form in which the quantity and price are visible. If you have less than five days left, you'd rather spend time preparing for the D-1 message and the first day of payment than testing the new method broadly.
Q. If I aim for 500 notification applications, how do I set an interim target?
You just have to multiply the total goal by the cumulative weight of each section.
- 25% branch: approximately 182 people
- 50% branch: approximately 291 people
- 75% branch: approximately 398 people
Find out which section is lower than the baseline. If it was low from the beginning, the inflow is sufficient, but if the difference has widened from the middle, the first screen and benefits can be checked first.
Q. Do I have to increase the advertising budget first if the progress is late?
Please check the material and the first screen first.
If the click-through rate is less than 3.5%, first check the advertising material, and if the click-through rate is okay, but if there are few notification applications, it is the order to look at the first screen of the story. If you improve the two parts and then increase the budget, it is safer to adjust within 20% of the total budget.
