How is settlement processed for makers outside of Korea?

The settlement of the maker with a business registration certificate outside of Korea will be carried out according to the policy below.

• Note: Overseas makers who have officially registered business operators in Korea, including agencies, are subject to the same settlement method as Korean makers.

     ▶️ Korean Maker Settlement Method

✔️ From submissions after June 1, 2026, the same settlement method as Korean makers will be applied.

The settlement will be made through the ✔️ Stripe or Ping-Pong Payments service.

Settlement Process

1. After the project's end date, it will take five business days to send the selected calculation statement.
   • You can also check the statement of settlement on the 'Maker Studio - Settlement Details' menu.
     
     
2. After the issuance of the settlement statement, the selected payment will be deposited according to the "settlement schedule" below.
   
   
3. Please process the shipment in the 'Maker Studio - Shipment/Refund Management' menu so that Wadiz can check the reward delivery status.
   
   
4. Once all the rewards have been delivered, we will start the final settlement.
    
5. After the delivery completion date, it takes an average of 12 to 16 business days (Korea: 20 to 24 days) to send the final settlement statement.  
   • After the refund period of 15 days (Korea: 25 days) after the delivery completion date, the settlement statement will be sent within 1 business day.
   • You can also check the statement of settlement on the 'Maker Studio - Settlement Details' menu.
     
     
6. After the issuance of the settlement statement, the final settlement amount will be deposited according to the "settlement schedule" below.
    
7. The final settlement will be settled on a dollar (USD) basis.
    
8. After delivery completion date, until final settlement statement is sent, business days

settlement schedule

• Wadiz makes a weekly settlement to a maker who has a business license outside of Korea.
• The schedule below is based on Korean time, and if Wednesday is a public holiday, the settlement will be paid on the next business day.
  • Target: Project with statement of settlement issued between Monday and Friday
  • Payment date: Wednesday the week after the statement was sent

📢 From projects submitted after June 1, 2026, the same policy will be applied to both Korean and foreign (overseas) manufacturers.

Manufacturers outside of Korea (overseas) where the business registration is registered can also apply for the same service in the case of preorder special composition/limited edition projects.

1. Korean Maker: Please fill out and submit an application for Seonjeongsan service.

2. Overseas Manufacturer: Please fill out and submit the application form for Seonjeongsan Mountain service.

3. When you fill it out, you must attach the same business registration card as the business information registered in the maker studio.
