Wadiz Global connects domestic makers with international customers, creating an environment where makers and brands can grow.
To make the process of preparing for global funding easy and convenient, we quickly turn the interest and cheer of new customers from around the world into actual payments.

Explore
International customers visiting the wadiz Global Service based on their location, and
and can browse projects that ship to that country.
International customers can view project detail pages translated into English and make international payments.
Building on the existing wadiz service, translation, international sign-up, and payment features for international customers. 
Select a Country
International customers visiting the wadiz Global service can select their country and currency to view project and Reward Details and check their eligibility to participate.
The default setting is the country based on the customer’s location, and the language is English.
Additionally, on the main homepage, the main homepage prioritizes and recommends eligible projectsbased on the selected country.

The details page does not distinguish between Korea and overseas, but rather under a single URL.
Notification sign-ups, funding amounts, and achievement rates are also displayed as figures that aggregate participation data from both Korean and international customers,
so that international customers can feel the project’s appeal and trustworthiness.

Rewards
Before selecting a Reward, international customers set their shipping country.
Once the shipping country is selected, the Rewards options available for that country.
The available rewards for each country are specified in advance by the maker during the project preparation process.
Payment and Shipping
International customers enter their detailed shipping address and contact information within the selected country in the shipping details section.
Additionally, International credit card payments are supported.
We provide an easy and fast payment experience for international customers through a global universal payment service.

Open: Story AI Translation
In Maker Studio, stories written in Korean AI-powered automatic English translation for Story.
Makers can review the AI-translated text and directly edit each section, such as the project title and Story body.
In addition to text, Korean text within images can also be automatically translated into English.
*Automatic translation is not available for Korean text within video-format images, such as GIFs.
Rewards Design: Setting Shipping Countries
When designing Rewards, you can selectively manage the countries to which each option can be shipped.
Countries available for shipping are those where customers can purchase the corresponding Rewards.
Makers set shipping fees for each country, and and can also have the Rewards name and option descriptions translated into English. 
Advertisement: Global Campaign
Set up a global Meta ad campaign at the wadiz Biz Center that utilizes automatic machine learning based on pixel data set up global Meta ad campaignsbased on pixel data.
In this case, set up a separate campaign targeting international customers, distinct from the one targeting Korean customers.
Additionally, when uploading ad creatives, the AI translation feature automatically translates Korean ad creatives.
International Shipping
Shipping information for customers who paid via international payment methods can be viewed and downloaded in bulk from Maker Studio.
Customer Service
Inquiries from international customers regarding payments, shipping, refunds, and other matters are handled by the wadiz Customer Service Center.
For detailed inquiries regarding projects and Rewards—beyond general service use—we’ll connect you with the maker.
