Exchange and Refund Information

Supporter change of mind: Application possible within 7 days from the date of receiving the Reward.
Defective or different from description/advertisement Reward: Application possible within 3 months from the date of receiving the Reward or within 30 days from recognizing the issue.
If there is a significant defect that makes the product unusable, exchange and refund are possible. Due to the nature of the product, after-sales service (AS) is not available.
If the product's vinyl packaging is opened, exchange and refund due to change of mind are not possible.
In case of partial refund, the used (non-refundable) main product and scraper will be calculated and refunded based on the official online price of our store.
If the product has been used even partially or damaged due to consumer negligence, exchange and refund are not possible.
If the scraper is not used while fully laid down, the blade fixing pin may break due to catching on contaminants. Please be careful when using, and refunds for dissatisfaction caused by this are not possible.
The main scraper may have abrasions, scratches, stains, color mixing, logo smudging, or size errors during production and packaging. These do not affect usage, so exchange and refund are not possible for these reasons.
