Thank you for waiting so long.

You have probably never seen such a beautiful and practical pewter plate before.

By using bone china, which is lighter and more durable than regular ceramics, we elevate the quality of the material and complete the elegance of your dining experience. It is resistant to heat and moisture, and since it comes into direct contact with food, it is easy to keep clean.

Key parts such as the rim of the dish, the handle, or the base of the cup are decorated with pewter, preserving the unique sentiment of a pewter dish.

Étains du Manoir does not simply purchase regular porcelain dishes and combine them with pewter. Instead, it is a high-end piece where bone china is precisely crafted to fit the pewter mold, and an artisan completes it by hand, ensuring a seamless finish.

Founded in 1959 in a charming mansion near Paris, France,Étains du ManoirAs the name 'Pewter of the Manor (Étains du Manoir)' suggests, they have created artistic legacies symbolizing the dining culture of Europe's upper class for over half a century.

Traditional pewter tableware is beautiful but had several major drawbacks for practical use. Bone china solves these perfectly. It is resistant to heat and moisture, and since it comes into direct contact with food, it is easy to keep clean.

It is lighter yet more durable than regular ceramics, making it suitable for everyday use.

The unique subtle translucency of bone china creates a luxurious atmosphere on the table.

Only 'food grade' materials that have passed the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety's strict heavy metal leaching tests are used, so you can safely use them as tableware for children.

Raw pewter is very soft by nature. Étains blends a small amount of copper and antimony in a golden ratio. This maintains the unique beauty of pewter while, doubling its strength and increasing scratch resistance by over 30%, ensuring lasting durability as practical tableware.

During the alloying process, special heat treatment is applied to remove air bubbles inside the metal. This is a key technology that keeps the surface shine longer and minimizes discoloration.

The days of having to hand-polish precious pewter products every time, worrying about exposing them to even slightly hot water, or being concerned about 'bond' substances used to attach metal and ceramics—this is not true luxury.

Most existing ceramic-metal combined tableware uses 'epoxy bond.' Etance precisely processes the tin rim to match the ceramic shape down to decimal points, and applies a technology that physically interlocks them using an Italian high-pressure press.

Instead of attaching ready-made parts, Etance de Manoir calculates the shrinkage rate of tin and the texture of the ceramic to create a dedicated mold exclusively for this product. This provides an overwhelming advantage in hygiene compared to other products that use bond.

While bond hardens and crumbles over time, Etance's press-fit connection maintains its form semi-permanently unless subjected to external impact.

Because it is joined using a physical press method without any bond, there are no components that can melt even when exposed to hot water. You can safely put it in the dishwasher without worrying about the joint coming apart or environmental hormones being released.

By calculating the difference in thermal expansion coefficients between tin and bone china, a fine tolerance design was applied so that neither material is stressed during contraction and expansion. Its stability has been verified through hundreds of washing tests.

A stackable design, tailored for Korean kitchen environments, allows for efficient use of space by neatly stacking and storing the items.

Thailand has long been a global center for pewter production. Among them, Detail Products, established in 1989, has become a leading handcrafted pewter and bone china brand representing not only Thailand but all of Asia.

This is not simply a place that makes products. It is one of the few 'artisan groups' in the world capable of combining the disparate worlds of metal and ceramic crafts. Over 37 years, they have accumulated data to perfectly understand how tin reacts to temperature and humidity, and how the fit with metal changes depending on the kiln temperature of bone china.

Tin is a highly ductile metal. If pressed too hard by machine, its properties change. The artisan adjusts the force by reading the grain of the metal with each hammer and chisel strike. This delicate 'hand touch' creates a subtle and deep luster on the product's surface.

Ceramics shrink slightly differently during firing. While machines operate only by set values, artisans carve and fit a unique tin rim for each bone china plate. Filling decimal-point errors by hand—this is the real secret behind Etance products' perfect bond-free assembly.

Look closely at the logo and patterns engraved on the product's rim. These are not cold, machine-stamped lines. The artisan's breath is captured in the lines, which show various expressions depending on the angle of light, and as you use them, they blend with your touch to become a truly unique 'one-of-a-kind dish'.

The 'original mold,' the secret behind the elegant curves that once adorned the tables of French nobility, has been transferred intact to the Thai workshop.

The Etance de Manoir logo engraved on the bottom of the product is not just a brand name. It is a 'certificate of quality' proving the meeting of French artistic design heritage and the perfect craftsmanship of Thai artisans.

This is not just about making beautiful dishes. The process of reviving 95% pure tin as living tableware goes through eight uncompromising steps.

All luxury goods begin with the purity of their materials. Over 95% premium tin is blended with small amounts of copper and antimony.

The molten tin alloy is poured into a precision mold (France Mold) specially made in Italy.

The cast tin block is passed through powerful rollers to form sheets of uniform thickness.

Artisans use precision tools to carve each product into its intended shape.

We engrave our emblem, symbolizing the authenticity that began in the mansion of French nobility, by hand.

This is the pinnacle of Etance's technology.Using a semi-automatic press technique, tin components are physically and permanently bonded to the bone china plate.

The product is held against a rotating buffing wheel to refine the surface texture and bring out its shine.

To remove even the finest scratches, we meticulously polish it once more with a soft cloth and special abrasive.

A single plate passes through the artisan's hands hundreds of times before completion. Only the dishes that have undergone this final polishing are delivered to supporters under the name 'Etance de Manoir.'

Tin is a material with a visually powerful presence. Its unique 'silver gray' tone, calmer than silver and deeper than stainless steel, anchors the entire space the moment it is placed on the table.

We have preserved the physical and psychological weight of the tin alloy. However, its form has been extremely refined to suit modern spaces. The smoothness comes from removing complex decorations.'Plain Rim'The design ensures that when food is served, attention is not scattered and focus remains solely on the dish.

Instead of the excessive opulence seen in the tableware of past nobility, we adopted sophisticated lines based on modern minimalism. This allows it to function as a perfect object not only in classic mansions but also in the living rooms of modern city apartments without any sense of discord.

Etance de Manoir retains the noble aura of an 'artifact.' The elegant proportions born from the molds of the French royal family are a beauty proven over centuries.

Even when not holding food, it serves as an excellent interior accessory. Simply stacked neatly on a display cabinet, it becomes a fine collectible that reflects your taste.

We focused on 'emptiness' rather than extravagance. The aesthetics of the boundary where the cleanliness of bone china meets the calm gray of tin. The flawless finish of the joint, allowing no margin of error even by 0.1mm, provides a visual pleasure that only luxury items can offer.

Etance's tin rejects artificial, flashy gloss. The 'subtle satin sheen' achieved through the artisan's buffing process absorbs and softly diffuses light under illumination.

Tin subtly changes its hue with the user's touch and over time. This is not discoloration, but 'maturation.' As the time spent at your table accumulates, the plate finds a deeper and richer color unique to itself.

It boasts a generous diameter of 27cm, the global fine dining standard. From steak to elaborate garnishes, you can unleash your culinary imagination without limits.

This size is optimized for salads, bruschetta, or desserts such as slices of cake.

The exquisite depth of 2.7cm is perfect not only for soups but also for risotto, pasta, and stew dishes with plenty of sauce.

At the bottom of the cup, components are joined using a high-tech press method.Pewter Modern BaseNot only does it provide visual stability, but it also keeps the cup from tipping over easily by balancing the center of gravity.

The 'beaded rim' decoration engraved along the edge showcases the essence of the Etains de Manoir craftsmanship.

The intricate pewter handles on both ends of the tray are individually shaped and polished by artisans. The solid grip you feel in your hand instills pride even when serving food.

Pewter excels at preserving coldness. The pewter base supports the bottom of the wine glass, slowing the transfer of your hand's warmth to the wine, making it especially valuable when enjoying white wine or champagne.

It delivers a heavy, cold sensation that stainless steel or glass cannot provide. The chill of the pewter as you pour beer increases the density of the foam and keeps the carbonation refreshing until the last drop.
