Kestia is a brand that must first listen to what actual middle-aged women feel about their skin changes and what kind of experience they want,

By introducing our first product to Wadiz supporters, who are the first to discover new products and share honest opinions,
we aim to reflect feedback on usability, composition, and price in the development of subsequent products.
We want to incorporate your opinions into the development of future products.

The Funding results and supporter feedback will be used as basic data to improve the Kestia lineup in the future.

After Funding ends, Rewards will be shipped following production and inspection schedules.
The shipping date will be specified in the project schedule, and sequential shipments will be announced through updates.
CJ Logistics will be primarily used as the courier, and additional shipping fees may apply for remote or island regions.
Please update your shipping address directly within Wadiz by the deadline for address changes.

[Cases Where Exchange or Refund Is Difficult]

Exchange or refund may be restricted in the following cases.
- If the product or packaging is damaged due to the supporter's responsibility
- If the product value has significantly decreased due to opening or use (excluding product defects or abnormal skin reactions)
- If it is a simple change of mind and the application period has passed since receiving the Reward
- If components or free gifts are missing

[Cases Where Exchange or Refund Is Possible]

In the following cases, we will proceed with an exchange or refund after verification.
- Damage, leakage, wrong delivery, or missing components during shipping
- Obvious quality issues with the product within the indicated usage period
- If abnormal reactions such as redness, swelling, or itching occur after use and relevant evidence is submitted
- Other reasons in accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act and Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards

Reward A/S Policy

Since cosmetics are not products that require repair, separate A/S is not provided.
Defective, damaged, leaking, or wrongly delivered products will be handled as an exchange or refund after confirmation by customer service.
If any abnormal reaction occurs during use, stop using the product immediately and contact customer service.
When consulting, providing the product name, manufacturing number, time of use, symptoms, and photos will help us respond more quickly.
