Q1. When will the delivery be made?
Delivery is scheduled sequentially after the project ends.

Q1.How do I choose the size?
Please refer to your sneaker size when selecting. If you are between sizes, we recommend reserving a larger size and trimming it with scissors as needed.

Q2. Can I exchange if the size does not fit?
Yes, exchanges are possible. After the Reward is shipped, we will provide instructions on how to exchange via an update. (An exchange fee of 6,000 KRW will be charged.)

Q3. What is the difference between a regular online store and Wadiz pre-order?
The Helix Arch Supporter is available for pre-order only on Wadiz, with special configurations and special pricing benefits. Even if the same product is sold later, you will not be able to receive the price benefits offered on Wadiz!

Q4. After the pre-order ends, are exchanges, refunds, and after-sales service available?
Since the pre-order project is subject to the Electronic Commerce Act,

- Change of mind by the supporter, not a product defect : You can apply within 7 days from the date you receive the Reward.

- Reward with defects or different from the description or advertisement : You can apply within 3 months from the date you receive the Reward, or within 30 days from the date you become aware of the issue.

- In case of defects caused by product issues within 6 months : Free after-sales service will be provided.

- When washing, use a mild detergent and a soft brush to wash as quickly as possible. Remove as much moisture as possible and dry in a well-ventilated shaded area.

# Reason for launching the Wadiz project

I also suffered from foot pain and tried various shoes and insoles to find a solution. At that time, the CEO of an insole company I have known for a long time suggested a patented insole with adjustable arch height. After trying it, I found it helped relieve foot pain, so I decided to introduce this great product on Wadiz to let supporters know about it as soon as possible.
