An additional shipping fee of 3,000 KRW will be charged for Jeju Island and remote areas. Q. After the pre-order ends, can I exchange, refund, or get after-sales service?

Yes, it is possible. Since the pre-order project is subject to e-commerce law,
- Change of mind by the supporter, not a product defect: You can request within 7 days from the date you receive the Reward
- Defective or Reward different from the description or advertisement.: You can apply within 3 months from the date you received the Reward or within 30 days from the date you became aware of the issue.
- Defects caused by product faults within 6 months.In such cases: Free after-sales service will be provided.
