Hello. We are the outdoor wearable brand VOLKAN.
VOLKAN was founded to introduce wearable devices that make various outdoor activities such as swimming, running, cycling, and hiking more free and enjoyable. Reason for Wadiz Funding
Before the official launch of VOLKAN's first outdoor wearable product, Aqua Run X, we decided to conduct Funding to present it first to Wadiz supporters, who are always the first to discover and experience new products.
Rather than simply selling products, an important purpose of this Funding is to further improve our products and services through the diverse opinions and feedback of actual users. We also want to offer supporters who join us at the very beginning of VOLKAN the opportunity to experience Aqua Run X first with special benefits.
Funding Usage Plan
The amount raised through Funding will be used for the stable production and quality control of Aqua Run X, improvement of packaging and components, and operational costs for smooth delivery. In addition, we plan to use your feedback to enhance our products and customer service, and to develop new outdoor wearable products from VOLKAN such as smartwatches and Bluetooth goggles in the future.

Reward A/S Policy
AqualunX provides a lifetime free A/S service only for products that have completed genuine product authentication on the official website.
For smooth service use, we recommend registering your product within 14 days after receiving it.
The standard warranty period is one year from the date of purchase, with the battery covered for six months and consumables such as charging cables covered for one month.
If any performance or functional issues occur under normal usage conditions, we will provide free repair or exchange after checking the product's condition.
In the following cases, you may be excluded from the lifetime free A/S service or incur additional costs.
· Damage, water exposure, or malfunction caused by user negligence
· Issues arising from not following the usage instructions and precautions
· If the product has been arbitrarily disassembled, repaired, or modified
· If a charger with specifications different from the recommended, such as a fast or ultra-fast charger, is used
· If the product is damaged due to natural disasters such as fire or flood
· If the product serial number is damaged or the authenticity cannot be verified
· Natural performance degradation of consumables such as batteries and charging cables
· If the product cannot be repaired due to unavailability of parts after discontinuation
When applying for A/S, we check the purchase history and whether the product has been registered as genuine.
Shipping fees and exchange policies will be provided separately depending on the product condition and reason for the request.
