Since the brand launched in 2014, we have developed products with the mindset of making shoes we can be proud of, never compromising with reality. Touch Ground has developed slippers twice since its launch, and to create only high-quality slippers, we applied the Easy Rolling sole that your feet remember first. Through Wadiz, we thought it would be an opportunity to share and communicate with supporters about the development process, introduce better products, and utilize supporters' feedback in product development.
2. We wanted to offer it at a better price.
In the shoe distribution process, as more offline distribution stages are added, a lot of price inflation occurs. And the price is passed directly to the supporter. Generally, slippers are best tried on before purchase, but by providing a size guide, we believe pre-ordering will be even more convenient. By boldly reducing distribution stages through Wadiz pre-order, we aim to produce products at more reasonable prices.

Instead of compromising for profit, we wanted to show what truly good shoes are. The price of the shoes reflects only the aspects that improve product quality. I personally pack and ship the shoes I develop and produce myself. I am happy to present good slippers at a reasonable price, even if it means doing everything myself.

I know what makes good shoes, not just from a sales perspective but from how they are made. I majored in shoes and planned footwear for famous brands, but after running Touch Ground for seven years, I have come to make shoes with greater humility.

However, I did not want these slippers to be displayed in a corner of the shoe rack. That is why I designed slippers that can be worn in daily life. The high-quality materials used in the slippers shine on their own, without the need to add extra design elements to compensate for any shortcomings.

Reward Special Notes and A/S Policy
After the pre-order ends, you can request a refund if there is a defect in the Reward according to the Wadiz refund policy.

1. The refund period for defects is 7 days.
2. For refunds due to a simple change of mind, you can request a refund within 7 days after receiving the Reward.
1) If it is not a defect in the Reward
Due to the nature of the Reward, the following issues may occur, but these are not considered defects or faults. Please keep this in mind when pre-ordering.
- You may notice a slight chemical smell when receiving the Reward. This is due to shipping immediately after production, and it will naturally disappear if you store it in a well-ventilated area during use.
- You may see faint oil marks around the sewn areas. These are natural marks from the sewing process and will also disappear over time.
If you want to remove them immediately, gently wipe with a cloth slightly moistened with gasoline to clean them off.
2) Reward A/S Policy
This A/S policy does not apply to initial defects that occur within 7 days of receiving the Reward.
- Warranty period: Exchange or A/S is available if a problem occurs within 7 days from the date of receiving the Reward.
- A/S regulations: A/S due to manufacturing in finished product form (A/S availability may vary depending on the product condition).
- How to request A/S: Please submit your request with specific details of the defect to the contact below, and it will be processed after accurate verification.

Exchange/Refund Policy
- In case of exchange due to product defects, all costs will be covered by the maker.
- For exchange inquiries due to product defects within 7 days of receiving the Reward, please contact 031-858-2814.
- Damage to the product caused by the supporter's negligence, not due to product defects, cannot be exchanged.

Q. How do I pay for the shipping fee?
A. Shipping is free, and Touchground will cover all additional shipping costs for remote areas, islands, and Jeju within Korea.
Q. How can I request an exchange or refund?
A. You can freely change your Reward until the pre-order ends, but after the pre-order closes and you have received your Reward, changes are difficult. We ask for your understanding. However, if the Reward is defective, we will assist with exchanges and refunds.
Q. How will the collected pre-order funds be used?
A. The pre-order funds will be evenly used for all processes, from production to safe delivery, so that everyone who participated in the pre-order receives the promised Reward, 'Easy Rolling Slippers,' by the promised date.
