[Support Shelter Pets] The Eve: Stylish Apparel for You and Your Pet

Hello, this is The eve.

The eve began with a single question.

"Why are there no clothesthat you can wear together with your dog?"

There are about 5.46 million households welcoming dogs as family members,

but the reality is that there are few clothes you can wear together.

This desire and disappointment became our first step.

Project Motivation

We do not simply make 'wearable' matching outfits.

For dogs who cannot express discomfort in words,

we consider whether it gets caught when moving,

or if there is any strain on the legs when putting on or taking off,

and we think once more, and even more thoroughly.

The eve is a brand that prioritizes the comfort of dogs above all else.

Because these are clothes worn together by people and their dogs,

we made sure to satisfy not only the design but also the fit and mobility,

so that everyone can be satisfied.

And we thought of one more thing.

What if these clothes could reach not only our pets,

but also children in need, as well?

That is why, through this Funding,

a portion of the proceeds will be donated as pet food to stray dog shelters.

All products from The Eveare produced exclusively in Korea.

There are no outsourced designers or mass-production OEMs.

The CEO personally checks the density, texture, elasticity, and wash durability of the fabric before selecting materials.

Only when every stitch's silhouette and quality can be chosen without hesitation,

does the precise production process continue at a specialized factory in Korea.

Everyone involved in production

Sponsorship method

Based on the sale of 10 pieces of clothing.
Approximately 13 to 20KG of pet food will be donated.

Q. How are the donations used?

Through this Funding,a portion of the proceeds will be used to protect abandoned dogs.

Instead of cash,we donate directly in the form of pet food, delivering it to those who truly need help.

Q. Is the donation made only to a specific shelter?

No. The Eve does not limit donations to one place.

We distribute pet food donations mainly to shelters across the country that are truly in need, ensuring support is spread out.

We chose to deliver as much as needed to places where the animals are.

Q. Why do you donate pet food?

Pet food isthe most consistently needed item at shelters.

We want the support to be ongoing rather than a one-time event,

and to directly help the daily lives of the animals.

After the donation has been made,

The details and receipts of the feed delivery will be shared through the Funding page or Instagram.

Period for Requesting Reasons

* Reward defect: Within 3 months after receiving the Reward or within 30 days from the date of recognition.

* Reward not delivered/provided: From the day after the maker's designated shipping date.

* Change of mind: Within 7 days after receiving the Reward.

Size Exchange

* Please request a size exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.

* Exchanges are only possible if the desired size is in stock.

* Exchanges/refunds are only possible if the product tag has not been removed and the item is unworn.

* For size exchanges/returns, the round-trip shipping fee of 6,000 KRW is the responsibility of the buyer.

* Requests can be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

* The product must be unopened/unworn, with the tag and packaging undamaged.

* The round-trip shipping fee of 6,000 KRW is the responsibility of the buyer, and in case of a refund, only the amount excluding the initial shipping fee will be refunded.

Defective Product (Fault)

* If a defect is found upon receipt, please contact customer service with a photo within 3 days of receiving the product.

* If the defect is confirmed, we will provide a free exchange or a full refund.

* Shipping costs incurred for defective exchanges will be covered by The Eve.

* However, due to the nature of Funding products, only a small quantity is stocked, so if all stock is sold out, a return (full refund) may be processed instead of an exchange.

* Even if the product is defective, if it is difficult to secure exchange stock, please return the product and we will process a full refund.

* If more than 7 days have passed since receiving the product

* If there are signs that the product has been worn or used

* If the product tag has been removed or the packaging has been damaged.

* Washed products.

* If the product is damaged due to intentional harm or buyer negligence.
