Calma Nostra has successfully completed three Wadiz Funding campaigns.

We have gained experience in product planning, production, inspection, and delivery.

Achieved up to 5,811% Funding, selected as a 2024 Korea Tourism Masterpiece, and featured at the National Museum of Korea, DDP, Hyundai Department Store, and more.

We have met customers through various channels both domestically and internationally.

This time, we aim to bring the smile of the National Treasure Pensive Bodhisattva, which we have cherished for a long time, into today's spaces through the hands of artisans and traditional processes.

Reason for Wadiz Funding

Placing a 1,500-year-old smile back into today's spaces.

This project is not about selling finished, ready-made products.

We have recreated the sculptural beauty of National Treasures No. 78 and No. 83 as 12cm bronze works.

Each piece is refined and inspected by the hands of artisans, completing Kalmnostra's first Pensive Bodhisattva collection.

We wanted to begin this journey together with Wadiz supporters who would be the first to understand its value.

We believe Wadiz is the place where people not only observe the process of product completion and the stories within, but also discover new attempts before anyone else.

Funding Usage Plan

The valuable Funding will be used to ensure the quality of the works and stable delivery.

1) Stabilizing bronze casting and production for National Treasures No. 78 and

We will operate bronze casting and production processes to stably realize the proportions and detailed forms of No. 83.

2) Improving quality of hand polishing and finishing

It will be used for hand finishing after casting, refining the surface and enhancing the fine forms and textures.

We will check the condition of each piece and establish stable quality standards.

3) Luce 24K Pure Gold Plating Production

Used for the 24K pure gold plating and surface finishing process of the Luce line.

4) Engraving and Package Production

Engraving of the model name, line name, artisan name, and edition number on the bottom of the product, and a dedicated package for product protection,

Used for the production of manuals and enclosed printed materials.

5) Inspection and Safe Packaging

Each piece is individually inspected, and safe packaging and logistics are used to prevent damage during delivery.

6) Development of Subsequent Cultural Heritage Collections

Following the National Treasure Pensive Bodhisattva, the beauty of Korean cultural heritage

Luce is a product with 24K pure gold plating applied over bronze.

Do not touch the product frequently with bare hands or use polish, cleaners, or alcohol.

If contamination occurs, gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth.

Warranty period: 1 year after Funding ends

For defects occurring during normal use, we will check the product condition first.

We will inform you whether exchange or A/S is possible.

Damage caused by customer negligence, signs of use on the plated surface, and natural changes

may be excluded from free A/S.

If replating or restoration is required, we will check the product condition first.

We will provide separate guidance on the possibility and cost.
