1_ How do I apply for A/S?
Please inquire about A/S application through the QR code in the included A/S application pamphlet or the official mall consultation channel, then fill out the application form.

2_ How is A/S processed?
1) It is processed by shipping normal parts to replace the damaged ones.
- To ensure you can use the contents as they are, we will proceed by shipping normal parts.
- After receiving the normal parts, please replace and use the pump.

2) To reduce inconvenience for customers, we do not conduct separate collection.
- Please dispose of the damaged parts separately.

3) For paid A/S, separate guidance will be provided.
- If damage occurs due to failure to follow the mandatory instructions in the user manual, paid A/S will be processed.
- Based on the judgment of our professional technical team, we will provide separate guidance if paid A/S is required.

3_ Are there any types that cannot be used?
The following four types of products may cause pump damage and cannot be used with the pump container.

1) High-viscosity cream types (foam cleansers, toothpaste, creams, etc.)
2) Sunscreen ingredients (sunscreen, foundation, BB cream, etc.)
3) Oil ingredients (hair serum, cleansing oil, etc.)
4) Granular ingredients (scrub body wash, etc.)
※ Damage to the pump container caused by using these types will require paid A/S.
※ For cream types, please use the cream container at the bottom of the Skin Bottle.

4_ How do I clean it?
If you open the small white box at the bottom of the package, you will find tools including a cleaner.
Before use, clean with water and the cleaner for more hygienic use.
Additionally, please note that all products are cleaned before shipping.
