Your valuable reservation purchase amount will be used for new product development research expenses, and for making better products, development costs. In addition, it will be carefully used as business expenses for exploring overseas markets.

Q1. How should I choose the size?
This Reward is made to fit the average size of Koreans. However, to prevent injuries during riding and to maintain more efficient performance, we recommend choosing a tight shoe size so that there is no space between your foot and the shoe. Please note that sizes may vary for each supporter. Please refer to the size guide.

Q2. Can I exchange if the size does not fit?
Yes, exchanges are possible. After the Reward is shipped, we will provide instructions on how to exchange via an update. (An exchange fee of 6,000 KRW will be charged.)

Q3. What is the difference between a regular online store and Wadiz pre-order?

Q4. After the pre-order ends, are exchanges, refunds, and after-sales service possible?

Yes, it is possible. Since pre-order projects are subject to e-commerce law,

- Reward with defects or different from the description or advertisement: You can apply within 3 months from the date you receive the Reward, or within 30 days from the date you become aware of the issue.
