Q: Until when is A/S available and what are the costs?
- The warranty period for BLUEY products is up to 6 months from 14 days after receiving the Reward, and we provide free repairs for parts that can be sewn. A repair fee may be charged for damages caused by the supporter’s negligence.
Q: Is there a shipping fee?
- The shipping fee is included in the Reward price.
Q: How do I request an exchange or A/S?
- Before the Funding ends, you can change or cancel your Reward, but after the Funding ends, cancellations and exchanges due to a simple change of mind are not allowed. Please consider carefully before participating in the Funding.
