A. It has been simplified into two steps for intuitive use even in emergencies. However, since it is a safety product, we recommend checking the manual before use and practicing with the training cartridge to become familiar with its operation.

Q. Why is a training cartridge necessary?
A. In real situations, it is easy to panic. The training cartridge is included so you can get used to the spraying sensation, operation sequence, and how it feels in your hand in advance.

Q. When should I use the live cartridge?

A. The live cartridge has a shelf life of 60 months from the date of manufacture, and the recommended usage period is 24 months. The final labeling follows the cartridge manufacturing date at the time of shipment.
