Funding Usage Plan

The valuable contributions collected through this 7PAD Funding will not simply be left as brand profit.

So that we can continue 'a longer, happier journey' with our pets,

the funds will be invested in research and development (R&D) for the next product to innovatively improve the inconveniences of pet ownership.

This meaningful first step, made possible by your trust and support,

will help create a more pleasant and healthy tomorrow for all companion dogs in Korea.

Shipping Information

- Shipping schedule: Shipments will begin sequentially from mid-July 2026.

- Courier: Lotte Courier (Delivery within 1-2 days after shipment)

For Jeju Island and other remote island/mountainous regions, an additional shipping fee of 5,000 KRW will be charged due to special delivery requirements.

Payment method: On the Funding application screen, please use the [Add Donation] feature to enter an additional 5,000 KRW before submitting your application.

Reward A/S Policy

Refund and return policy: All matters regarding Funding returns are primarily subject to Wadiz's Funding refund policy.

Product defect exchange: If there is a defect or issue with the product you received, an exchange is possible.

Prompt processing: For inquiries regarding product defects, exchanges, or A/S, please contact us through the 'A/S Contact' below or 'Contact the Maker' and we will handle it as quickly as possible.

[⚠️ Cases Not Recognized as Defects or Not Eligible for A/S]

The following reasons are not recognized as Reward defects, and Funding refunds or A/S are not available for these cases. Please check before Funding.

- Supporter fault: If any part or all of the Reward is lost, damaged, broken, contaminated, or defaced due to the supporter's negligence or carelessness.

- Unauthorized return: If you return the Reward without following the proper exchange request procedure through the Maker.

- Insufficient product knowledge: If problems arise due to the supporter's lack of understanding of how to use the product.

- Simple packaging damage: Creases or damage to the outer box during courier delivery, or minor scratches on the product packaging.

- Display differences: Due to differences in the resolution of your monitor or smartphone, there may be slight variations in color and image compared to the actual product.
