MIPOW started in 2009 with Apple MFi (Made For iPhone) license technology, creating products that combine industrial design and precision engineering. The brand has won international design awards such as iF, Red Dot, and Good Design every year, holds 48 patents, and collaborates with major global retail partners like BestBuy, Mediamarkt, Selfridges, Nordstrom, and AT&T.
On Wadiz, we achieved 180 million KRW in Funding with the 'PowerCube Pro' power bank, receiving great support from our backers.
Reason for Wadiz Funding
In 2020, we conducted our first Funding through Wadiz,
achieving our goal of 180 million KRW with the 'PowerCube' power bank,
and at that time, it recorded the highest Funding amount among power bank products.
We also wanted to present our new product, 'PowerCube Elite,' to our backers first,
and with the best benefits, so we prepared this Wadiz Funding.
During the Funding period, we will communicate closely with our backers to continue the good aspects,
and improve on the shortcomings to show further progress.
Funding Usage Plan
The Funding will be used to secure a stable supply of PowerCube Elite,
for Reward shipping, supporter response (A/S and customer service) operations,
and for the development of follow-up products.

Shipping method: Courier (CJ Logistics)
Shipping fee: 2,000 KRW (An additional 2,000 KRW for islands/mountainous areas — select additionally in Reward)
As the product is already manufactured, it can be shipped quickly and sequentially after Funding ends.
All deliveries may be delayed depending on the courier's circumstances.
[Cases Where Exchange or Refund Is Not Possible]
· Exchange/refund due to change of mind: If 7 days have passed after receiving the Reward.
· Exchange/refund due to change of mind after opening the sealing tape of the product package box.
· If the product has been used and its value is damaged, making resale impossible.
· Product damage, breakage, water damage, or malfunction due to consumer negligence or unauthorized modification.
· For returns due to change of mind, round-trip courier fees are the responsibility of the supporter.
[Cases Where Exchange or Refund Is Possible]
· Exchange/return due to Reward defect or fault: Can be requested within 30 days of receipt (round-trip shipping fee covered by the maker).
· Return due to change of mind: Can be requested within 7 days of receipt (only for unopened products, round-trip courier fee borne by the supporter).
· If the product differs from the description/advertisement or is fulfilled differently from the contract: Follows the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards (Fair Trade Commission notice).
· Request: KakaoTalk channel (koka), will be processed after the item arrives and is confirmed by the person in charge.
Usage Precautions
- When charging the power bank, use a KC-certified adapter and genuine charging cable.
- If not used for a long period, charge to 70–80% at least once every 3 months before storage.
- If it becomes excessively hot during charging, stop using it immediately and be careful not to expose it to moisture or water.
- Please stop charging and disconnect the charging cable while sleeping, going out, or when you are not present.
- To prevent explosions or overheating accidents, please charge in a place and at a time where someone can monitor it.
- Do not leave it for long periods in high-temperature environments such as inside a vehicle, and do not drop or subject it to strong impacts.
Reward A/S Policy
· Defects or malfunctions upon receiving the Reward: Free A/S (round-trip shipping cost covered by the maker)
· Performance or functional defects occurring during normal use: Free A/S for one year from the date of Reward receipt
· A/S due to supporter negligence: Paid service (shipping cost covered by the supporter)
· A/S shipping cost policy: Free round-trip within 1 month of receipt / 3,000 KRW one-way within 6 months (customer pays) / 6,000 KRW round-trip within 1 year (customer pays)
· Request: Proof of purchase (purchase statement) required, KakaoTalk channel (koka) / email cnmoa@naver.com
· Customer service hours: Weekdays 10:00~17:30 (Lunch 12:00~13:30, closed on weekends and public holidays)
